Maintaining Good Health While Traveling Over the Holidays

The holidays are near which means traveling for some of us. While traveling, we often throw our daily routines out the window  and tell ourselves that we’ll  pick up our daily routines when we get back from our trip. We may think that it is just too complicated to maintain daily routines while traveling.  Our diets change, we eat a little more or a little less healthy, and we may forget to take or bring our daily supplements. Exercising
