Keeping your body healthy can be considered a full-time job. Often, despite your best efforts, the daily demands, commitments and ongoing stresses of a busy lifestyle create a situation in which the body’s immune system may need extra support. We may spend more time in close quarters, we rush from place to place and we are physically and mentally stressed and most are not eating and sleeping as well as we should. As a result, the immune system is impacted and your energy is less than you need to keep up this pace.
Important things to do on a daily basis:
- Don’t smoke.
- Eat a diet high in colorful fruits and vegetables.
- Eat lean protein.
- Exercise regularly.
- Maintain a healthy weight.
- If you drink alcohol, drink only in moderation.
- Get adequate sleep.
- Take steps to avoid infection, such as washing your hands frequently and cooking meats thoroughly.
- Try to minimize stress.
In addition you can:
- Take a good Multivitamin/Multi-mineral and Antioxidants to get the extra micronutrients like zinc, selenium, iron, copper, folic acid, and vitamins A, B6, C, and E which are all important.
- Take a good Probiotic with multiple strains.
- Take a Vitamin D3 preferably with K2 and catch some sun rays (at least 15 minutes of direct sun a day).
- Take a good Immune Formula to support a healthy immune response.
- Drink a good high quality pure Aloe Juice.
- Go for the Garlic preferably raw/unheated.
- Eat Shiitake and Maitake mushrooms.
- MAKE A BIG POT OF CHICKEN SOUP!!!
